"I have worked in customer service for most of my life in the New York New Jersey area. I started in Law Enforcement industry and went on to work with people with special needs as the owner of a workforce one agency.
After several years in the business, I began working simultaneously in residential and commercial mortgages. I truly believe in providing outstanding customer service because it puts a smiles on faces theirs and mine. It is gratifying knowing that I am able to take care of all of my customer’s needs. As the great poet Maya Angelou says, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” I service buyers and sellers equally.
I have had the opportunity to work with major developers in respect to handling commercial, multi-family properties, short sales and rental units. All of which require diligence, detail and perseverance in order to ensure success for whatever the deal may be and My Client /Customer is satisfied, ( therefore ensuring a continued positive relationship ) It has given me great personal satisfaction knowing I poses the skills that allow me to work with a diverse number of people who have varied interests and aspiring goals.
I always begin my role in helping clients/customers, by reviewing old ideas, planning and exploring new Ideas. And Developing a plan of action: ie Marketing plan of action and Relocation for sellers if needed. It’s simple. I have a no –nonsense policy. Simply put. I provide what is requested to the best of my ability. I do not speculate about clients/ customer, wants and needs. I am a cut to the chase realtor and hope you can appreciate that."
